If you've ever wanted to peruse the deep thoughts that happen in my mind, this is the place to explore them. I'll write about music, food, animals, health, cars, shoes, money, girls, boys, home improvements, weather and other seemingly random stuff. If it's politics and religion you crave, you probably won't find much about that here...but if you enjoy a diatribe on things like macaroni and cheese and why head rubs can facilitate world peace, then read on.

Talk was rampant at the show last night about lip synching and playing to an audio track or two...

So, I recently read about one couple’s journey to reduce their “stuff” and their debt. They were inspired by blogs and books on the subject of living life more simply, thereby reducing stress and debt. They stopped buying unnecessary “things”, sold their two cars and other possessions (including their big screen TV), and along with that, whittled their monthly bills down and we able to pay off $30,000 dollars in debt. It’s always, “GO BIG OR GO HOME”…there’s no in between. It’s all or nothing, and it’s always “all.”

I’ve done it. I’ve settled on a new kitchen faucet. I really do research these kinds of things before I make a purchase, so therefore, I bought the following faucet  and the matching soap dispener from various online sources, because they were less expensive than list prices locally (I’m an internet shopping guru, by the way)…

Yes, we will discuss all of these completely unrelated things in today’s blog, and in that order. So, first up…I have tattoos. I have a fair amount of them and I want more. And if you have tattoos, you know that when you want new ink, it’s like an itch that won’t go away until you get new ink. Well, I’ve got the itch…

Do I have the infamous "Spring Cold?" You know the one that everyone gets when the weather yo-yo's from sunny and 65 degrees to rain/snow and 32 degrees? Or is it seasonal allergies? Or the dreaded "flu-like symptoms" that seem to have plagued a couple of recently deceased celebrities? No...Not for me. I've hit the trifecta of awesome illnesses...
